Holistic Self-Development Mentor

Hi, I'm Kyan.

I built Reclaim Your Reality because I needed it to exist. This is the gentle, lived-experience toolkit I wish someone had handed me when I was at my most lost.

Portrait of Kyan

My story

From victim to creator.

For a long time, life felt like something that happened to me. I was anxious, scattered, and convinced there was something fundamentally wrong with the way my brain worked. I tried the usual advice: the rigid routines, the hustle, the “just try harder.” It wasn't built for a brain like mine, and it left me feeling worse.

[KYAN: add copy] Share the turning point here: the moment things started to shift, and the small practices that actually helped.

What changed wasn't one big breakthrough. It was a handful of gentle, repeatable practices (movement, food, presence, healing, and looking after my mental health) done kindly, on the ordinary days. Slowly, I stopped feeling like a passenger and started becoming the author of my own story. And somewhere along the way, the thing I'd been ashamed of became the thing I lead with: weird is my superpower.

How I work

Gentle, paced, and never one-size-fits-all.

I'm not here to fix you; there's nothing to fix. I'm here to hand you tools that worked for me, and to hold the door while you use them your way.

01

Lived, not lectured

Everything here is something I've actually used to climb out of my own hole, not theory borrowed from a textbook.

02

Your pace, always

No streaks, no deadlines, no catching up. You can put it down for a month and pick it back up with zero guilt.

03

Shame-free, every time

Built for neurodivergent brains, by one. No 'just try harder', no tough love; only kindness that still moves you forward.

04

Small steps that stick

Tiny, repeatable practices beat grand overhauls. We change your ordinary days, gently, and let the rest follow.

Kyan, candid

The mission

Gentle tools, in the right hands.

As a Holistic Self-Development Mentor, my work is simple: to hand young, often neurodivergent people the calm, practical tools that helped me, without the hype, the pressure, or the shame.

There's nothing wrong with you. You're not broken, or behind, or too much. You just deserve an approach that respects how you actually work. That's what everything here is built to be.
